Produced water management practices are subject to applicable federal and state regulatory requirements. The regulatory section of the Produced Water Beneficial Use Information Center is designed to offer a resource window through:
- Providing contact information for state and federal regulatory agencies, including names, addresses, and telephone numbers;
- Offering capsule summaries of applicable state and federal regulations; and
- Referring the reader to agency home pages and the texts of the regulations via Web hyperlinks.
